The apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM (any changes can be arranged in advance).

- The barn may only be entered when accompanied by a farm worker.
- Our animals may be fed and petted under supervision.
- Peter and Michaela always appreciate an extra helping hand with barn chores. You can also just watch us work – feel free to ask.
- If you’d like to help in the barn or with haymaking in the summer, please wear appropriate footwear and bring plenty of enthusiasm.
- Please never frighten our animals.

In South Tyrol, dial 112 for any emergency requiring medical rescue, mountain rescue, fire brigade, police, or carabinieri assistance.
The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.

- If possible, move the injured person out of the danger zone
- Place a breathing person in the recovery position and slightly open their mouth
- If the person is not breathing, begin chest compressions if you feel capable
- Stop bleeding with a pressure bandage
A small first-aid kit is available in each apartment and is located in the bathroom.
Peppermint, chocolate mint, banana mint, pineapple mint, lemon balm, rosemary, chives, basil, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, parsley, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, pumpkin, lettuce, carrots, raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries, blueberries, potatoes, elderflowers along the forest edges, and more.
If you need anything from our garden for cooking, we are happy to share. Just ask us.
We kindly ask you to be cautious when handling fire and electricity to prevent fires. Should a fire occur, a fire extinguisher is located in the entrance area on the third floor. Please call for help and alert the fire department (112). Close the door behind you when leaving the burning room and inform other residents.
If you need any cleaning supplies or equipment (such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, etc.), we will gladly provide them for you.

For the little ones, we have a children’s playground on the farm, where they can play freely while parents relax on the lawn in front of the farm tavern. In summer, this is the perfect spot to enjoy the peace and the sunshine.
- Browse through our books and magazines, or pass the time with a board game.
- Take the cable car for a convenient 12-minute ride to Bozen, where you can go shopping or experience the local culture. You can also visit the Ötzi Museum, Walther Square, Bozen Cathedral, and other highlights.
- Take the Rittner Railway to Klobenstein, where you can explore the village and the surrounding landscape.
- Feel free to visit us at the farm tavern on the ground floor to enjoy an apple strudel or other cakes.

Our apartments are non-smoking, and smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Please use the balcony or outdoor areas for smoking.

In the bathroom, there is a bath towel, a hand towel, and a bidet towel for each person. If you need fresh towels, they are stored in the wardrobe in your bedroom. Please avoid unnecessary towel usage – for the sake of the environment!
For the sake of the environment, we emphasize waste separation. You will find the following waste bins at the entrance to the barn: organic waste, cans, glass, paper, plastic bottles, and residual waste. You are welcome to empty your trash at any time.
